By purchasing a membership, accessing the platform, or using any Services provided by TSV, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Services may include application access, sports-related analytics and informational content, community and Telegram access, member notifications and updates, educational and promotional content, events and member experiences, digital tools, application features, SMS communications, and email communications.
TSV reserves the right to modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue Services at any time without prior notice.
4. No Professional Advice
All information, analytics, commentary, statistics, rankings, projections, opinions, observations, discussions, and related content provided by TSV are intended solely for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes.
TSV does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice; guarantee outcomes, results, profitability, performance, accuracy, or completeness; operate as a sportsbook or wagering operator; or facilitate wagering transactions. 6. Payment Terms
All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By completing a purchase, you agree that all purchases are final, membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are billed in advance, chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or termination of Services, and you are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.
7. Telegram And Community Access
Membership may include access to private Telegram groups, chats, communities, or communication channels. Checkout may ask whether you have Telegram, request a Telegram username, collect phone number, and collect a referral or influencer code so paid access can be matched to the private community.
TSV reserves the right to remove users from any community, Telegram group, or communication channel for harassment, abuse, spam, threats, fraudulent behavior, unauthorized sharing of content, violations of these Terms, failed payment, canceled subscription status, or conduct deemed harmful to the community or Company. Community access is a privilege and not a guaranteed right.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to share account access with unauthorized users; copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell TSV content without written permission; interfere with platform operations or security; engage in unlawful or harmful conduct; misrepresent affiliation with TSV; attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts; or use TSV content for unauthorized commercial purposes.
TSV reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action.
9. Intellectual Property
All TSV branding, graphics, logos, applications, software, content, systems, workflows, videos, databases, text, and operational materials are protected intellectual property owned by TSV or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or exploited without prior written consent.

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. TSV makes no representations or warranties regarding accuracy of information, availability of Services, platform uptime, reliability of third-party data, or results or outcomes from use of Services. Use of the Services is at your own risk.

Users are solely responsible for their own decisions and compliance with applicable laws. All memberships and digital purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
11. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSV and its owners, affiliates, operators, managers, contractors, employees, representatives, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, financial losses, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, reliance on platform content, third-party service interruptions, technical outages, or user decisions or activities.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to TSV during the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TSV, its owners, affiliates, operators, managers, employees, contractors, representatives, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, losses, or legal fees arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, violation of applicable laws, or conduct within community platforms or Telegram groups.
13. Termination
TSV may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or conduct deemed harmful to the Company or community. Termination does not eliminate outstanding payment obligations or survival provisions contained within these Terms.
14. Communications Consent
By using TSV Services, you consent to receive account notifications, membership updates, transactional emails, SMS notifications, support communications, and promotional communications where permitted by law. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing communications where applicable.
15. Privacy And Force Majeure
Your use of TSV Services is also governed by the Company's Privacy Policy.
TSV shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including vendor failures, internet outages, government actions, emergencies, platform interruptions, cyber incidents, or acts of God.
16. Dispute Resolution And Governing Law
Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California unless otherwise required by law.
